Shipping

 

Most basic parts and accessories orders can ship out within 48 hours – provided it is not a special order item and is currently available. Frames only (no boot mounted) ship within 7 days as long as the size is currently available. Most of our complete skate packages are built on demand – not sitting on a shelf – and ship within 10-15 working days, but some orders may take up to 8 weeks if they include any custom assembled or out-of-stock items. Custom skate boots fitted to your measurements and "Pimp My Skates" services may take 10 weeks depending on your design requirements and assembly time. We will let you know if there are any stock or timing problems.

 

If you need skates or gear by a specific date, please ask first before ordering to ensure that you can receive your item in time. Expedited shipping is sometimes necessary. Just let us know and the the Sk8gear Store Store will do what we can to help you get your order in time for any special events, competitions or shows. 

 

We can use a variety of shipping providers, but most do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, only physical addresses. If you need P.O. Box delivery, ask prior to ordering.

 

You can get a special shipping quote for an order, but only if you contact us first. Once you process your order through our shopping cart with automatic shipping charges, the the Sk8gear Store Store cannot adjust the shipping amount. But with notice, the the Sk8gear Store Store will calculate your total with shipping to your specs and provide you with a PayPal invoice for your order instead of using the shopping function of the the site. 

 

The Sk8gear Store Store does take international orders and the shopping cart includes basic international shipping rates. We only take orders via PayPal secure transactions to protect our business and our customers, too. Additional shipping charges may apply.
